Introduction to Rock Wool External Wall Insulation System

1. The "rock wool board" exterior wall insulation system primarily uses water-repellent rock wool boards produced by the pendulum method as the insulation layer material. This system is connected and fixed to the base wall through bonding and anchoring processes. It consists of a plaster layer composed of plaster mortar and reinforced fiberglass mesh, and a decorative mortar finishing layer or paint. This is a Class A non-combustible building energy-saving insulation system. This system was launched by the well-known European insulation brand Bamit and has obtained European Technical Approval (ETA), boasting over 30 years of successful application experience in fireproof insulation.
2. The system structure mainly includes: an adhesive layer, an insulation layer, a plaster layer, a decorative layer, and accessories. The decorative layer should use lightweight functional coatings, such as decorative mortar and finishing mortar, or water-based exterior wall coatings with good breathability.
